I was thrilled to be paired with a new-to-me-blogger, Katie from Cup of Tea blog. I have since added her to my Feedly and make sure to check out her fun link up on Fridays! We had so much fun getting to know each other through emails and her box definitely hit it out of the park!
She sent me the prettiest floral mug with a big E on it. Which I love because it means BTR can’t steal it! I’ve been drinking my afternoon/evening tea out of it every night since I got it.
She also sent some yummy chocolates that I did not share with anyone. And I’m so bummed because she also sent this amazing bag of coffee beans from a local roaster, but BTR was so excited to try the new coffee that he ripped the bag open to make an Aeropress before I had a chance to photograph it! Thanks a lot BTR! #bloggerproblems

Pork is easy to cook, and this 5-ingredient tenderloin proves it. Bold flavor, almost no effort, and it works for a busy weeknight or a bigger family dinner. I’ll double this for leftovers. Save this one!
EASY MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin
2/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a freezer bag. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, up to 4.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove tenderloin from the bag and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Let rest 3 minutes before slicing. Serve with brown rice and green beans.
