Cranberry Simple Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 cups fresh cranberries
Bring water, sugar, and cranberries to a boil. Simmer for at least 15 minutes. Strain into a bowl. Store liquid in a mason jar in the fridge


Sugared Cranberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 bag (or however many you’d like!) fresh cranberries
Heat water and sugar on stove, but do not boil. Stir until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in fresh cranberries. Strain the cranberries and dry them on a baking rack for at least one hour. Roll cranberries in sugar. Store in the fridge and use to top all your holiday cocktails!


Cranberry Vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz vodka
1 tablespoon cranberry simple syrup
sparkling water
Shake lime juice, vodka, and cranberry simple syrup with ice. Strain over clean ice. Top with sparkling water. Add sugared cranberries and a rosemary sprig.


Cranberry Old Fashioned
2 oz bourbon
1 tablespoon cranberry simple syrup
dash of bitters
Stir all ingredients together, strain over clean ice.


Cranberry French 75
1.5 oz gin
1 tablespoon cranberry simple syrup
juice of half a lemon
champagne
Add gin, cranberry simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a champagne glass and top with champagne. Add sugared cranberries and a lemon peel. Cheers!


Blood Orange Gin & Tonic
Juice of one blood orange
1.5 oz gin
Tonic
Shake gin and juice in a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice, top with tonic and a dried orange slice.
