We didn’t have a very busy weekend, but we had a fun one! Friday night we had some friends over for chili and to watch the Cardinals game!
Saturday my mom watched Jude and BTR and I headed to STL for a Side Project beer release. We got to meet some internet-friends-turned-real-life friends from Chicago so it was fun hanging out with them!
We went to church on Saturday evening and then came home and relaxed before watching the late playoff game. Then we realized that the game was being broadcast on the MLB network and we don’t get that channel! After a minor freakout we realized we could get it for $7 this month and ordered it. It took a while to activate but only missed the first inning thankfully!
Sunday morning we woke up and got ready to go to the pumpkin patch! We drove by Eckerts and the line looked like it was a mile long, so we headed to a nearby farm and it was wonderful! They had some great kid activities and lots of picture opportunities (which is all I really wanted). We snapped a few photos, bought some cider, and then headed home to relax the rest of the day!
This is probably only the second time I’ve put Jude in an outfit that wasn’t a sleeper/romper/onsie and I can’t believe how big he looks! His pants are pinned because they are still too big and fall down. I love his flannel shirt because it’s the one we used to announce we were having a boy! I’m so glad he got to wear it.
I’m so glad we went and took some pumpkin pictures, I can’t wait to do it again next year and see him running around! Do you have any fun fall family traditions?
