In a past life I designed stationery. Wedding suites, holiday cards, birthday invitations, note pads. And on occasion I still design. But the reality is I just do not have the time these days. With helping with BTR Woodworks, running the laser, blogging, and oh yeah, keeping two toddlers happy, I just didn’t have the energy to design our Christmas cards this year.
Thankfully Mpix saved the day (and at the last minute) and our cards are now stuffed, sealed, stamped, and on their merry way to our friends and family!
Mpix has a huge selection of holiday cards and their quality is amazing. They are actually the retail side of the printer I use when I design my own cards. So it was an easy choice when I knew I didn’t want to design my own this year.
But besides the amazing quality and awesome customer service, the best part about Mpix is their fast turn around time. I ordered our cards on Wednesday and they arrived at my house on Friday. Ummm seriously? Yeah that’s pretty awesome.
I chose a pearl paper finish because I like a little shimmer. Every order includes white envelopes. So I grabbed some glitter washi tape and my tape gun (the legit only way to seal that many envelopes at once) and stamped our return address. And did you see the Snowy Day (a book by Ezra Jack Keats) postage stamps from USPS? Yeah clearly I couldn’t pass those up either!
So if you still haven’t ordered cards I HIGHLY recommend going to Mpix’s website and placing an order asap. They are offering upgraded expedited shipping on orders of $50 or more through 12/18. And besides cards, they also have tons of other print options like books, calendars, and ornaments.
P.S. When you get this card in the mail next week act surprised, k?
