I’ve talked before about how much we LOVE Happy Family’s new line of whole milk yogurts. And while Ezra was eating the HappyBaby yogurt cups for a while, he now has an appetite of a 13-year-old and is about to eat us out of house and home. So we upgraded to HappyTot yogurt cups and pouches!
And as much as I would like to just let these two survive on snacks because they won’t eat actual meals (seriously boys, what’s the deal) I love knowing they are eating healthy snacks when I give them Happy Family whole milk yogurt!
I thought it would be fun to mix it up a bit and create a “recipe” using our favorite Happy Family yogurt. And I say recipe lightly because we literally just dumped it out on the pan.
So while Ezra went to town on a yogurt pouch, Jude and I got to work! And actually, Jude did pretty much all the work on his own for this one! He loves helping in the kitchen and it’s my favorite thing ever to do with him!
Happy Family yogurt is made with whole milk, probiotics (so good for the gut!) Vitamin D, and the best part of all, NO added sweeteners!
So really all we did for this recipe is spread our cups of yogurt on a parchment lined pan and then top it with some fresh fruit! Jude loved dumping the yogurt cups and I love knowing we are making a healthy treat!
Pop the pan in the freezer for a few hours and then once it’s frozen break it apart and serve! The boys loved getting a special frozen snack!
