It’s Friday! And as usual we had a crazy week and even crazier weekend planned!
Thanks for all the love on my Father’s Day gift guide! Hopefully it gave you some good ideas for the dads in your life!
We went swimming for the first time this summer and it was so much fun! Jude LOVED splashing around and being thrown in the air.
One of my very first blog posts last year was when we took Jude swimming for the first time. It’s crazy to see how much he has grown and then at the same time looks the same!
Mama Question: what type of float do you use on your little ones? I was going to get a puddle jumper, but then I realized they are for 30 pounds and up and probably aren’t the best for a new swimmer or such a little guy. Taking all advice on this one!
We went to story time at the park this week and it was all about colors. Jude was not as interested in waving scarves with the other kids as he was running away. Maybe next time?
Popsicles are taking over my life and I’m not complaining one bit! I’m seriously in LOVE with my Zoku quick pop maker and cannot wait to come up with more recipes! I tried one from their blog using fresh cherries and greek yogurt, it was delicious!
One of my best friends from college lives in California with her husband right now and I miss her terribly! Their wedding anniversary was this week and I celebrated them by enjoying a beverage using the koozie I designed for their wedding. I actually designed all of their wedding paper products and she was probably one of my favorite clients ever! Miss you a+a!
Speaking of wedding anniversaries, BTR and I will be celebrating FIVE YEARS this July. We decided to go big and make reservations at a restaurant that has been on my restaurant bucket list for a few years now. And yes I have a bucket list strictly for restaurants! :) It’s almost impossible to get reservations/tickets to this restaurant but we lucked out and were able to snag one on a Thursday night a few weeks before our actual anniversary. So we will be headed to Chi-town to have dinner at Next Tapas. To say I’m excited would be a huge understatement! :)
Happy Friday friends! I hope you have a wonderful weekend! And as always, I’m linking up with all the lovely ladies listed on my linkup page! And don’t forget to like Ellie And Addie on Facebook or follow me on Instagram!
