So our visit to Santa this year went pretty much how I expected…
When Santa came into the room Jude wasn’t very impressed. He listened to the story and watched some other kids sit on his lap. But when it was his turn and Brandon took him over to sit on Santa’s lap he tried to climb over Brandon. Even with the offer of a high five (his favorite thing ever)!
So we plopped him down and snapped a few screaming photos (how can you not?!?!).
And then BTR swooped in and saved him! Once Brandon had him he was a happy camper so we snapped a few of all of us with Santa!
I think he was high-fiving in this picture too, but I love how we are all smiling!
Big thanks to Layne at Auman Photography for having this awesome Santa session at a friend’s house! It’s so much more relaxed than going to the mall (and costs just about the same) and Jude loved the cookies and milk! Plus we get to have some family photos taken, which I then used for our Christmas card!

Your family pictures with Santa turned out great! No one would guess he was bawling just moments before lol.
How he switches from angry to happy that quick, I’ll never know! I’m super happy with the family photos!

His emotions switch so quick, it’s crazy! I love that sweater, I have it in blue too because it’s so comfy!
