With potential school and event closures, along with someone being diagnosed with Flu B (ahem, Ezra), I thought now would be a good time to share some of favorite ways to seep busy when we’re stuck at home! A few of these are tried and true favorites in our house, and a few are things I added to my Amazon cart yesterday. ;)

Osmo
You probably already know how much we LOVE LOVE LOVE the entire Osmo system. And this is definitely a great time to get one if you’ve been on the fence! I always recommend starting with a
Genius Kit (Amazon Fire version here). And if you have a little one (ages 3-5) I would recommend starting with the Little Genius Kit. From there you can then add on more games and sets!
Crafts
These build and paint cars will be lots of fun, there are three in a pack. One for Jude, one for E, and one for BTR ;)
Jude is currently obsessed with drawing “stories” so he is going to think this is the coolest thing ever!
More Fun
I love that all the sand is kept contained inside this box! And I promise Kinetic Sand is nothing like real sand! Grab an extra bag of sand to fill it up!
We’ve had these for a few years and they are still getting tons of use! For some extra fun add on this set of wheels!
In The Kitchen
We’ve been baking with Foodstirs baking kits for a while now, and they are one of our favorite things to do in the kitchen! Right now they are offering 30% off their kits when you use the code “COZY”

Digital
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, and if that means giving your kid a tablet, sign me up.
Both boys have a Kids Fire Tablets from Amazon. It comes with a kid-proof case, 1 year of Amazon FreeTime Unlimited, a 2-year worry-free guarantee, and my favorite part, built in parental controls!
Here’s a few of our favorite streaming services:
Amazon Prime Video – comes free with your Amazon membership.
Netflix
Disney+
And if you’re looking for some practical and real advice, head over to my friend Val’s post on prepping and not panicking. I thought it was really helpful and was a reminder to myself that my feelings and anxiety are valid, but there are resources to help!
