Writing – notes and snapping pictures like it’s my job. I’m attempting to record my “day in the life” post today and plan on posting it next week. I had so much fun last time and Julia put the call out for the next one so I knew I had to do it again!

Feeling awful – because I didn’t do anything to celebrate Ellie’s 8th birthday. We did make her sit in the stroller with Jude to take a picture, which she obviously loved… #sarcasm Today I will give her a spoonful of peanut butter to make up for it!
Researching – lasers and more lasers. Not something I ever thought I’d say! We are seriously considering getting one to use for BTRWoodworks, and I had no idea how many other cool things they do! Anyone have any insight about lasers?
Slacking – on replying to blog comments! If you’ve left a comment in the last week I promise I’ve read it and will be replying to ALL of them soon! I really love when you all leave comments so don’t stop! :)

![Boo Fest at @midamericaofficial was the best kind of fall day 🎃👻
Luke was all in on Kid’s Boo Fest while Brandon and the big kids headed straight for the roller coasters. The fall food menu is SO good! We tried the Phantom Pizza and other snacks, and the IV drinks at The Blood Bank were a hit. And it isn’t a trip to the park without a waffle cone! 🍦
We bought season passes this year so we could visit all summer and all fall, and I can’t wait to do it again next year!
🎃 Boo Fest is on Saturdays and Sundays from park open until 6pm. It’s the perfect event for little ones, with their favorite rides, a candy trail, spooky story time, and more!
👻 Want to go after dark? Fright Fest runs select nights from 6pm to 11pm. It’s included with park admission and season passes (haunted houses are a separate add-on) and is geared toward teens and adults. Brandon is taking the big boys to experience it. I’m too chicken! 🙈

Hey Candace! I just bought the lotion yesterday and only tried a tiny bit to test the color so far. It went on pretty smooth and I liked the color! I’m hoping to try it out this weekend and I’ll report back!
