We had such a busy weekend, but it was so much fun!
We had a super low key Friday and just hung around the house. Saturday morning BTR and Jude went to the Woodworking Show for a boy’s day out.
And while they did that, I did this.

Saturday night we had trivia for Junior Service Club, and I didn’t take any pictures! It was lots of fun and our table actually got third place. As an extra fundraiser, they did a dessert dash and it was hilarious watching them call tables to run up and get a dessert. I can’t wait to hear how much money we raised for our services!
Sunday morning came bright and early and we headed to church to be greeters and then came home and just did work around the house. But Sunday afternoon we headed over to STL with my mom to meet her brother and his wife for an early dinner at Peacemaker. Just BTR and I went there back in November for my birthday, but it was fun taking Jude this time!

We ordered bourbon slushies again and had fried green tomatoes and hushpuppies as an appetizer. My mom and uncle had raw oysters from the bar and they looked delicious! Next time I’m definitely ordering some for myself. For dinner I had the warm lobster roll and BTR had the fried oyster poorboy.

It was so fun catching up with my aunt and uncle and we can’t wait to get out to Seattle to visit them. We haven’t been since BTR and I were in college!
It’s going to be a short week because on Thursday BTR and I fly out to San Francisco for his birthday! I’m so excited, but first I have to pack…
