Today I’m sharing another recipe! And this one is even easier than the no bake energy bites I shared last week! Seriously, there is no prep work for these at all.
So I love chocolate and I love pastries, so this was a match made in heaven for me!
All I do is buy a can of crescent rolls at the grocery store and unroll them on a baking sheet (covered in parchment paper for easy clean up).
After separating the triangles, I fill them with chocolate chips. I usually just use a regular table spoon to scoop them out, no real measuring here!
I then roll the crescent rolls up and make sure to try and pinch the ends closed, that way the chocolate stays on the inside when baking. I then bake according to the directions on the can of crescent rolls.
I love making these as an afternoon treat during the week. I’ve seen recipes with drizzled melted chocolate on the tops, but I like to make these as easy as possible! You could also sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar before baking, or powdered sugar after. Really the possibilities are endless with this treat!
So get to the grocery store and make yourself this quick snack!
