Time for a fresh strawberry margarita recipe!
Yesterday I shared how much fun we had picking strawberries. But today I’m sharing what we did with them!

You know one of our favorite things to do with fresh fruit we pick at Eckert’s is make yummy cocktails for the patio!
We made a few different concoctions with the strawberries we got last week, but so far my favorite is strawberry margaritas!

It’s a super simple recipe, and you can always edit it for your own tastes!
This is to make 1-2 servings but can easily double (or triple, or whatever your heart desires)!
Ingredients:
4-6 strawberries (hulled)
2 oz tequila
1 oz triple sec
4 oz frozen limeade or juice fresh lime
About a cup of ice
Just throw everything into a blender and pulse to your desired consistency. If you need to add ice go ahead. Top with a fresh strawberry and/or lime on the rim and bottoms up! Oh and another way to sweeten this up would to sugar the rim of your glass! :)
Looking for a local place to pick strawberries? Head on over to Eckert’s!

Cheers!
