This past weekend we packed up and headed over to Eckert’s Sunflower Maze in Belleville, IL!

It was pretty hot. And sweaty. But oh so much fun! The maze sprawls across five acres and has a few different “levels” of difficulty. We didn’t explore to the farthest points, but still had a blast! I would definitely recommend packing a water bottle to take with you in the maze!

It costs $5 ($2.00 Field Access Pass + $3.00 Maze Pass) to enter the maze and children under 2 are free. And if you’re already there you might as well pick some peaches and blackberries! Also the veggie field is right next to the sunflower maze!
Check Eckert’s crop calendar to verify the days and times the maze is open. And if they have more “late” days I would definitely recommend going at sunset! Everything was glowing and absolutely gorgeous!

The boys had so much fun running up and down the aisles and getting lost again and again. BTR and I could hear them laughing every time they took a turn and it was SO adorable. And once we exited the maze Eckert’s had all these adorable photo spots set up right outside the exit! There was the famous red truck and adorable fruit stand!

You definitely need to add visiting Eckert’s Sunflower Maze to you bucket list this summer!
