Oh Monday, you came way to soon! Here’s what we did this past weekend!
I literally have NO pictures from Saturday because it was not exciting at all. BTR worked in his shop (aka our garage) and I worked on Quickbooks and Ebay. The glamorous life of owning your own business! Since the last few weeks were so busy with Jude’s party and an out of town wedding, we both had lots to catch up on. We decided to go to church Saturday night so we could “sleep in” on Sunday. Which of course with a a baby means 7:30 instead of 6:30.

Since I had extra time on Sunday morning since we weren’t rushing around to get ready for church, I decided to make cinnamon rolls (from a can!) and they were delicious!
BTR did some more work in his shop and also made a new mash paddle for when he home brews. I think it turned out so great!

After Jude’s nap we went to our favorite nursery to pick up some more vegetables for our garden. We start a lot of things from seed, but we’ve found it to be better to buy our tomatoes, peppers, and zucchini from them. And then I found this photo of us doing the exact same thing last year, and I seriously can’t believe how big he is. #holdme

When we got home we decided to fill the water table to let Jude play in while we worked in the garden. And Addie discovered that she likes the water table as a giant water bowl, minus getting splashed. Yes our lab hates getting wet.

We planted our tomatoes and peppers and Jude helped. And by helped I mean carried everything all over the yard while Addie followed him.

Some of the radishes were ready to be picked so we had them for dinner.

And since it was sooo nice out, we decided to eat on the patio, highchair and all!
My favorite way to eat radishes is to slice them and put them on buttered bread with a pinch of salt. We also like to mix some chives in with the butter!
BTR grilled pork steaks and corn and then a whole bunch of chicken for us to eat during the week. It was a busy and productive weekend and I crashed hard last night!
I hope you all had a fun weekend, happy Monday!
