Between play dates at the park and splash pad, we like to stay busy.
I like to get out of the house a little after breakfast for a few hours a couple times a week for a few different reasons.
One, it gets us out of the house so BTR can have some time to work in his shop to catch up on Etsy orders, or try and get ahead with inventory. And if we are home the boys basically stand at the door to the garage and yell till he comes inside. They LOVE their papa.
I also love getting out of the house because it means I get to see my mama friends and the boys get to play with their friends! And when they play with friends they play hard. Which means when we get home it’s nap time. Well, just a nap for Ezra, Jude and I usually have lunch together and then have some quiet time.
The most important part about play dates at the park though would be remembering to bring snacks! If I can give the boys a snack part way through playing we can usually last a little longer before coming home. And now that Ezra is eating real food, I love giving him these Gerber Organic Crisps.
These Gerber Organic Crisps are perfect for easy snacking on the go snacking. I picked up both flavors (Orange Harvest and Farm Greens) at Walmart the other day. And the best part was they have an Ibotta rebate right now for $1 off! And if you’ve talked to me recently you know how much I LOVE Ibotta. Let me know if you don’t have it yet and I will send you my invite code so you can earn a $10 bonus!
These snacks come in a box with 5 pouches which are perfect to throw in a diaper bag or purse before heading out for the day! Plus they are made with whole grains and real veggies!
Little E loves having his own snack he doesn’t have to share with Jude.
I don’t ever remember Jude wanting food as much as Ezra does, growing boy??
Seriously, this kid loves to eat. Which is great because his picky older brother is driving me batty lately.
