Hey! I know it is late on Monday night, but I figured you all were dying to know what we did this weekend! Oh you weren’t? Oh well here we are anyways… :)
We ran a couple errands on Friday night and then had dinner at our favorite little Mexican restaurant in Fairview Heights, the Chuck Wagon. Seriously, it’s our favorite place to eat!

Saturday we woke up bright and early (thank you Jude) and finished some things around the house and BTR ran a few errands for my dad’s businesses. Then my mom came over to watch Jude and BTR and I ran to Restaurant Depot in STL for my dad. Never heard of RD? It’s like a Sam’s Club, but on steroids, and only for restaurants. For example, instead of buying a 5 pound bag of flour, you buy a 50 pound bag of flour, etc. I was so excited when we got back to deliver our goods and I found the old sign in the back of the building! We just got a new video board sign so the old one is just hanging out against the wall. I never realized how huge it was! I’m trying to convince BTR we need it for our future bar in our basement. :)
Saturday night it started to snow so we made dinner at home and watched some movies and opened a yummy new beer! We had to miss Abraxas Day at Perennial, but we were so excited to get a bottle of it to enjoy at home.

We woke up bright and early on Sunday to attend mass and we were greeters for the first time. Everyone loved saying hi to Jude when they walked in.
After mass, BTR and I headed to STL for the Rams game with our besties Sean and Cassie! We had lunch at Morgan Street Brewery and then went to the game. Sean and Cassie have amazing tickets, and it was a great game seeing the Rams win! Oh and it was pretty fun to see Peyton Manning play also. They have all these food booths with local STL eateries, and I was excited to see Strange Donuts! I got a campfire done and it was delicious! #staystrange

We got home from the game and my mom had surprised us and made dinner for us while she watched Jude! I was pretty impressed she got him to nap for 2 hours, because he does not do that for me.

And I can’t leave out our pups this weekend! I finally got Jude’s PB anywhere chair out of his closet and into our living room since he likes climbing on it. Well Ellie thinks its for her and she climbs in it all the time. And Addie LOVES the snow. She goes absolutely crazy the second it starts flurrying and just throws herself into the snow, it’s so adorable.
Wow, looking back it seems like we had a crazy busy weekend, but lots of fun too! Did the snow keep you inside or did you get out and play?
