The Polar Express is headed back to St. Louis for 2019 and we couldn’t be more excited!
Tickets are on sale now and you shouldn’t wait to get yours! The train will be departing from St. Louis Union Station starting November 29 and will run through December 30.
We’ve had so much fun riding The Polar Express the past few years and it’s a tradition we look forward to every holiday season! Don’t forget your matching pajamas, it adds to the excitement! I even convinced BTR to wear them last year!!
Trains depart St. Louis Union Station at 4:30, 6:00 and 7:15 p.m. Trains will also run at 8:30 p.m. on selected dates.
Tickets are slightly different than in years past, but this means there’s more options for everyone!
Coach Family: Tickets start at $35 and are facing each other.
Coach: Tickets start at $40 and are forward facing.
Deluxe: Tickets begin at $55 and are facing each other, but no table. Includes a souvenir mug.
First Class: Tickets begin at $60 and have a table top. They are only sold in quantities of 4. Includes a souvenir mug.

And don’t forget, children under 2 years old that can sit on a lap are free!
Magical Meals are also returning this year! On select dates you can enjoy dinner with some of The Polar Express characters before or after your train ride! And the best part is the amazing light show on the ceiling of The Grand Hall! Dinner times are at 5:45 and 7:15 pm, so make sure you coordinate those times with you train time!
If you really want to go all out, you can also spend the night at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel! Packages include four tickets to ride on The Polar Express (at a discount!) and a hotel room. You can choose from three different packages, including one that offers a decorated suite!

The St. Louis Wheel
New this year! you can take a spin on The St. Louis wheel for only $10 when you show the your golden ticket! The St. Louis Wheel is open daily from noon to 10 pm.
